+ Find something that you would want to do anyway (so you will at least enjoy it) Then ask her if she would be interested. Then if she is ask her if she would like to go with you. Might help to start by talking about what she likes then go into what you like.

be urself man.. make sure ur well groomed and confident.. if ur scared of walkin' up 2 her, try n c whethr u cd jst giv her a smile from a distance.. jst a smile, okay? if shes positive.. shes gonna show it n then jst walk upto her, keep a straight face and start chatting....

Well, if you ever see her ALONE, ask for her e-mail or just mention this cool movie you want to see...if u dont want her to get nervous, try making it a double-date.
