Did you see an immediate change in your lifestyle. Or was it a gradual process? Or did it change you at all?

I believe that a tree that is newly planted, needs shelter and water, before it bears fruit. Several seasons in fact. Why do Christians (mature) think new christians should be mature immedietly

some things were immediate (like a peace inside my heart), in between there were stressful struggles, and then it has been a gradual process. It is an on-going journey for me. There have been times that I have "back - slid", but I pick up the pieces and continue my journey to correct my wrongs.

It wans't immediate, but then it also wasn't gradual!! But it changed me a heck of a lot!! Then I felt as though I was clouded by demon spirits again!! So now I gotta get saved once again!! I cried so much when I was saved, but it was the BEST feeling ever!! And it made me see the world from a Christian perspective!!

I've been raised in a Christian environment since I was born, so "getting saved" and being baptized didn't change my life immediately. But as I get older and more able to make my own decisions, I find myself changing drastically as I become more and more aware of God's purpose in my life.

GRADUAL
New believers often feel that once they are saved that they are supposed to live a perfect life. First and foremost NO CHRISTIAN leads a perfect sinless life. NO CHRISTIAN
And though through Gods will you could, Its extreemly hard to make lifestyle changes.
What matters is that you TRY to live right and walk with God... You will grow with time.

After I was saved I did find a little change in me. But the change was even greater when I started to grow in Him.

A quick turn about - to a small degree- then slow change as friends, life style, and habits changed

No it takes time , remember we are all sinful and need forgiveness everyday, the most important part is that you TRY to live that life and when you do fall short we have Jesus Christ to intercede for us.

After I was saved?
Everyone was saved from sin when Jesus died on the cross and our sins were cast upon Him.
Salvation from condemnation will not occur until after you have died and are judged according to your faith.
