Don't eat......

Eat 5 times a day:
breakfast -
lunch -
snack -
dinner -
snack -
if need be, include a snack between breakfast and lunch..
Make sure you eat approx. the same time every day. Do not skip a meal, or snack. Eat light, small portions..
Exercise.. even if it's just taking a walk during the day, or early evening. Become more active as your energy level increases.
Being a diabetic, I know one shouldn't cut out all carbs, and sugars.. but do cut back. Talk to your doctor about your wanting to lose weight, and get a diet sheet from there, or find one on the web. Never - NEVER - go below 1200 calories. Infact, I would suggest you maybe stay at 1500 being the lowest. Another thing to keep in mind: if you eat 200 calories for breakfast, don't one day eat 700.. for some reason that puts your metabolism out of whack . I'm sure you get the idea .
Quick and easy.. this isn't that quick, nor that easy.. but it does work. It takes effort.. but it can be done at a good slow rate. 1 pound a week, 1/2 pound a week.. if you suddenly see that you're not losing, become more active..
Drinking water helps. I had heard you need to drink 2 cups of water for every one cup of coffee, soda you drink, just to put back in what those two took out. They somehow dehydrate your body of water.

Good luck! :)

There are no easy ways to lose weight. But if you DO want to lose.....cut all carbs and all sugars. The weight will come off. I was put on a special diet due to an illness, and the weight has just fallen off, with no exercise.

weight watchers is an easy diet because it still lets you eat what you want, once it's controlled. if you don't want to join, just cut the fried fatty foods, no more pizza, and drink gallons of water each day. also have plenty fruits and vegtables and eat wholesome food - The most important thing is - get lots of excercise. Most of the time, if we excercise right, we can still loose weight and have our beers and pizza as a treat.

if we knew that we'd all be rich......im sorry but hard excercise and healthy living with lots of commitment is the best way.....also depends how much weight in how much time???
dont do what bright idea above suggests and cut out carbs and sugars your body needs these, this person was put on this diet due to illness but doesnt state why/what exactly. if you cut out carbs yes you may burn fat but you can end up storeing more fat out of what you do eat to make up the energy store!!!!

If it was quick and easy nobody would be obese.

It takes patience and work on your part.
