if you are looking to work and you have 30 years experience you should have a resume and be senfding it out...if you do have that kind of experience i dont think that answers is the place to find employment.....this is basically as i look at it that i can share my lifes experiences with others who are just getting into the culinary field and i also learn things for myself....i have over 40 years and trust me if i wasnt disabled service connect va disability i would have my resume out there.........so your best bet would be using good reputable emloyment agencies or send resume to local resturants....

Being an Employment Specialist and Career Coach my recommendation is to create a strong resume and start sending them out. Also, register with several of the top on-line job posting organizations like Yahoo and Monster to get your resume out there. Also, check your local classified ads in the papers as well as in any of the specialty magazines related to the culinary arts. Networking in the industry is important too.It is a long and tough process but it is the only way to do it.

Would have been nice to know that back in 2001! You could have worked at my place.
I can't get a job because I'm overqualified/underqualified. Good luck finding a job, I've been told that they think I'd want to take over the place.
