say somethng to the effect that you should stop because of the risk of std's and to protection for oral sex. But it is a two way street, you have to give up getting oral from her at the same time.

Well if you notice it prior to reaching your destination just continue to kiss her stomach. But hey the uncomfortableness should be on her part for not maintaining a clean area, not yours for having to be unfortunate enough to experience it!

just kiss her stomach and thighs and use your fingers instead of your mouth and go back up and finsh the job a different way.

Put your fingers in her.. Then rub them under her nose and say smell yourself.. Would you eat that ? Its called soap and water now go wash that nasty thing ..
