We usually go somewhere elaborate or do something spectacular but this year I dont have as much money available to me as I normally do. What other fun thing can we do besides Chuck E. Cheese?

Just celebrate at home this year .. the only thing that matters is that you show her you love her .. give her lots of hugs and tell her how happy you are that she is your little girl . That's what a kid wants more than anything. Good Luck! :)

I dont know about your location, but we have a party shop that rents a moon bounce for $50.00 per hour. If you have a place to put one it will definitely be a hit. If you live in a condo or apartment perhaps they would allow you some party space.

Borrow a picnic table or 2. cover it with a plain dollar store spread. Let early arrivals "help" decorate the spread with pre-made construction paper cutouts of whatever she likes. Give the children washable markers to add graffiti (preferably to the table). Add glitter/Christmas icicles/streamers/paper flowers/etc. (Whatever you have time to clean up afterward, there is that).

Go to the one dollar store for supplies and let her pick what cups/plates/napkins she wants even if they dont match. Kids dont take much money to please. They just mainly want your undivided time and attention as they ignore you playing with their friends.

Give your princess a pretty tiara for her day. (Claire's has some gorgeous tiara that look more "grown up". around $10.00)

Ask family to contribute by bringing their favorite party treats/favors/games to the party. Have a backup plan in case someone is unable to attend or bring their item.

If nothing else, just be hers all day.
