I drink Advanced Cell Therapy or ACT everyday. It is a powder that you mix with water. I use 1/2 of the packet and 8 ounces of water in the morning and 1/2 of the packet and 8 ounces of water in the afternoon. It lasts me all day long. I don't get a rush or kick. I just feel good and alert all day long. It has a cherry/punch flavor and it only costs $1 per packet. It only has 5 carbs and 22 calories. For more information on ACT, you can go to http://www.drinkact.com/pktull

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Dude Monster cant be bad I drink 5 a day,
the only bad thing there is the cost.

But I dont suggest drinking that much, Im addicted to caffiene, because it helps me with depression, and I have ADHD and the caffiene helps me concentrate.

But it depends on the person drinking it, I can handle all that, unklike half my friends

I have a hard time getting any of them down because of the taste. I drink two red bulls a day.
It helps keep me working out while I am training, my house is super clean and I sleep better at night and have more vivid dreams because I wore myself out running around all day.

I don't care for energy drinks, but I like the Starbucks Doubleshots in the can. They have a lot of caffeine in them, they perk me up! I am also a big coffee and tea drinker.

None of them are good for you. If you want a more reliable, healthy energy source try oranges or other citrus fruit or vitamin B supplements.
