I used saliva substitute. You can get it at any drug store. Just ask. You do not need a Rx. That is what the product is called Saliva Substitute. Good luck to your father.

Yes. artificial saliva or saliva substitute is what I see used most often in the hospital. It helps moisten the mouth and moisten food when chewing so it's easier to swallow.

yeah there is there is a pill that gives you artificial saliva.usually the dentist will give you it so you should ask him
