Not exactly what you were looking for but it is infinitly more powerful than what you could ever dream of with a manipulative techniques.

of course never with sex. I dont think u wanted to use the word manipulate. Yes you wanna tilt things in your favor. The best approach is subtle flirtation thats not done too often. Do something flirty and pull away and then do it again.. lets see what happens

Yes, grow up enough to realize that you should not try to manipulate someone into doing what you want. Because then it's not because they like you, it's because you forced them into a situation where they feel they have no other choice. He will resent you.
