Can you grow faith? Is there a limit to how much faith a person can have? Isn't faith limited by our will power, and isn't will power limited?

There is no limit to faith. In order to make it grow we must excesses it. Like, the more often you sit in a chair, the more faith you have that the chair will hold your weight. The same will God, the more you exercise your faith in what God would have you do, then the more faith you will have. It has nothing to do with will power, But the work that God would have you do does. You must exercise your will power along with the enabling power of Jesus in order to keep/do the 10 commandments of God, with out it you can do nothing.

Ronin is partly correct. There is a gene which enables people to have faith. But, Ronin's "80%" factor is wrong. There have been a number of studies showing how environment has a greater impact than genetics when it comes to how a child is socialized and is able to interact in this world. Even so, Ronin is correct about the faith gene. Without it, you won't have it - faith environment or no faith environment. A person without the faith gene would just be going through the motions.

God is the One who determines the amount of faith one is granted. However, faith the size of a mustard seed (the smallest of all seeds) can move mountains.

I am unable to "grow" faith. I made no choice to be an atheist, I just am. I am incapable of believing in a god.

It's partly genetic. I have seen one study showing that the uber-religious have genetic tendencies towards religiosity. It's probably like anything else about human nature. most scientists who study us say that we are about 80% genetics and the rest is environment all the way from hormones in the womb to how you grew up.

Nope. Everyone is born an atheist. Every religion must be taught.
