Puppies can be vaccinated as early as one week of age, although most people wait until the dog is of adoptable age, about 2 months. After that you need a booster shot every year. However, there are some states that only require vaccinating your dog every three years.
I suggest that you check with your vet, and find out the requirements of your state.

One, and only one at about 6 months of age. But that kind of thinking isn't accepted yet by the veterinary world. It's in the works though as they now admit that one shot covers for 7 years and are beginning to realize that it covers for the lifetime. All vaccinations are this way, not just the Rabies one.

None!
A vaccinated person/dog is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person/dog. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into the bloodstream.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at

You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child.

ok first thing is first RABIES SHOTS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW.
Check with your vet. Different states require different intervals. The state of alabama requires a rabies shot every year. The state of virginia requires a rabies shot every 3 years. It depends on the state laws and the prevalence of rabies.

Once per year but if your dog is bitten by another dog with rabies then you should immunize it again... Before the rabies take effect...

one every few years. Studies show that every year is too much and may make a dog sick.
