i'm curious...how many of us believe that the second coming of Christ is at hand? The bible points to this generation as the last before he comes. Is judgement near?

it's easy to go astray when trying to interpret the bible in the "light" of current events. It's unfortunate that many people have been writing books predicting and when those events don't happen no one ever calls them into question. Quite often they revise their theories and write new books. people really need to be careful about spreading and buying into such theories which only serve to call into question the credibility of the Christian message. Try to live like every day could be your last but plan to live for at least 60 years.

The bible has pointed to EVERY generation for the second coming. None has been correct. Paranoid people will see such a threat behind every shrub, in every generation. Why would you believe them?

since the beginning of time it has been said it is the end of times. i'm just going to wait until i see a pale horse running down the street to decide if it is or not.
