Firstly avoid oily food and start having lots of Fruits and Vegetables especially raw ones.Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day it helps to clear your system of toxins.Last,clean your face before sleeping at night.U can also use tea tree oil face wash(from Body wash brand or any other good brand) for cleaning your face and stop using soap for face..

Actually you should eat well balanced meals with food from all the food groups. Stay away from fast food restaurants and foods high in sugar. Limit dairy products. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Acne has to do with hormones. If it's severe make an appointment with a Dermatologist. If you just have an occasional break out then try Proactiv. My daughters use it and it keeps them pimple free.

Acid food like tomatoes will cause acne bad. Plus try to stay away from real greasy foods to. Try washing face with Noxzema it's good to clear up acne and makes face fill good to.

oily stuff and well stuff with fat in it.
keep your hair out of your face and don't wash your face with soap if you don't put any moisteriser on your face!!
