That sounds pretty good. You need to add in a piece of fruit or 2 throughout the day as a snack or with your lunch. Adding in a couple more veggies will be beneficial too. Make sure you are getting at least a small amount of protein at each meal (like add some chicken to your salad). The protein in what fills you up and makes you less hungry inbetween meals.

For a few days that might be ok BUT for more than a few days you will be doing your body harm.

In your diet I don't see any fresh fruits or vegetables and your main meal is processed foods.

Why not keep the breakfast and yogurt snack, have your salad and lean cuisine for lunch and then have steamed vegetables and a small piece of lean meat (if you do normally eat meat).

If you like the lean cuisine foods ( I also like them) make sure that you vary them. Don't stick to the same varieties even if they are your favorites.

Besides the yogurt for snacks have an apple or banana.

By keeping your calories even throughout the day you will keep your metabolism up. The apple alone take more calories to burn than you consume by eating it (you will use an extra 30-35 calories).

Vegetable will fill you up and have hardly any calories (if you don't add butter or sauces) and like the apple many use more calories to burn then you consume.

You should also make sure that you are taking a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.

You look like you are on your way to a new body shape, just make a few changes and you won't get bored, and the weight should melt off.

Add in a few exercise to tone your muscles and you will look HOT!

Isn't that bad, but for lunch get some little fish like tuna or salmon to get some proteins and vitamin B-12, which is the vitamin that helps giving us energy, perhaps don't forget to drink a lot of water, dark green vegetables like broccoli and spinach are a good source of B-12 and if you only have oatmeal in the morning, about nine you should have a snack like fruits or a granola bars. Try to don't eat nothing heavy after 6:00pm. Do some exercise, isn't only loosing weight, you most tone up your muscles

It depends. It's not just what you eat, it's also how much. You need to figure out how many calories that totals for the whole day. It's a healthy combination, but if you are under 1200 calories per day it's too low, and not healthy. The number of calories needed per day varies from person to person depending on age, sex, height, weight and activity level. Still, most experts recomnend that NO ONE dip below 1200 calories a day. Taking in too few calories could keep you from getting necessary nutrients or cause your body to go into starvation mode and, consequently, do screwy things to your metabolism. Microwave dinner is never healthy, but I think if you are on a diet, it's okay to eat that for couple weeks. You can certainly lose weight if you are on this now, you might want to add couple more snacks in between breakfast and lunch, and after dinner. You need the energy to keep going. If you feel tired, you might lose the motivation to keep on dieting. Good Luck!

Good enough. Just watch the sodium intake with the lean cuisine.

That sounds very healthy because you are not skipping meals or starving yourself. Also try to exercise a little more like running or maybe the gym.

Good Luck

it doesn't sound like you're eating enough...but maybe that's just from my point of view. if you're doing any exercise, you need to eat more...and you're not getting a lot of fruits & protein...you need to have something from every food group. maybe have fruit with your oatmeal in the morning, etc. also microwave dinners all the time are not good for you

are you going to be excercising? if you are going to be excercising than i don't think so. it's not substantial enough to give you the energy you need. for lunch eat a salad and a light sandwich/soup b/c you are only having oatmeal for breakfast. GOOD LUCK! i hope it works for you!
