it is a decent score and since you're only in junior high don't worry too much about it, but once you get to high school you better start working harder if you want to get into a good college

3.2 means a little higher than a B. It's not quite a B plus average. Considering C is "average," it's not bad. You might want to work on bringing it up when you get into high school; higher GPAs can help you win scholarships.
