If the guy says he doesn't like you then he DOES NOT like you. Don't overanalyze the situation. If he is shy or having some old relationships issues then this is his problems, not yours. If he really have feelings for you he's gonna speak up one day, so no worries:)

you're proper. you could't tell her. they are together today and till they don't look going out anymore you want to steer sparkling. in the adventure that they chop up, then he's honest sport. Just casually ask him "do you want to hang out?"If he says yes its cool if he says no its cool too.If he says no you make him jealous by flirting or dating other guys.Then he will want you more.
