Casually and calmy say Do you want to go to (insert place) with me? Group dates are easier at first as they take the pressure off single ones and you can communicate with other people too.

have a long conversation with her then before you have to leave say "would you like to go out sometime", well that is what I did with my current girlfriend when I asked her out.
