"The American Indians goet screwed, so what?"...
I guess now its non-native Americans turn to get screwed...History is just repeating itself...first the Europeans come and settle in America, and now there mexicans etc. coming in. There are 4 million of these so called "illegal" immigrants in the US there is no way you are going to deport all of them you cry and complain all you want. There is no ignorance in saying that thousands of native indians have been slaughtered by the ancestors of the people living in the United States. It is convinient not to look back at the American history, because it quite painful to do the opposite. It is both ironic and hypocritical for a country to prosecute ("illegal") immigrants, when the country was established by some unwanted immigrants themselves.

What point did you prove? The post is very illiterate, and pointless.
The point I personally express over and over is, pilgrims did not take over North America legally. Like it, or not! How do we know that? Among other things, litigation, even to this day, has been succesful at returning land to some tribes. Ask any Native American for more arguments.
By the way you express yourself, I seriously doubt your literacy. So, why not take advice in good faith here?:
1. Take advantage of the opportunities that we are blessed to enjoy in the US. Educate yourself. Get a better job. Because when you do, apple pickers won't pose a threat to you.
2. Travel abroad. Get out of your own state, even. Because, when you do, you develop a different outlook in life, and appreciate diversity.
It is a blast to be different! There is a special spirit shared among those from diverse cultures, when each discovers what makes us unique.
Better yourself! Bury that burning hatred! And wish everyone else in the world, well.

It doesn't mean we should hand it over to Mexico. But it doesn't mean we should send back 100,000 people who have been here for 15 years working hard and supporting their families either. I work, I pay my bills. And i'm sick and god damned tired of seeing people with 10 kids driving Lincoln Navigators w/ 20 inch rims paying for food with food stamps. Our welfare system is being abused by lazy scum. They live in nice homes drive nice cars, have nice things, yet they live off of welfare. Baby's daddy sells crack to support the car payment, might even work a cash job or real job to keep up a front, but it happens, and if you deny it you are a fool or a liar. Both whites and blacks are guilty of this crap. And I say that the government should do more to stop it. We have created a beast we can't afford to feed any longer, and at least the illegals have proven that, yes you can leave your friends and family, move someplace completey new and start a new life and the bring your family to be with you. HELL If nothing else they've proven that it can be done, so no more excuses. Trade the entitlements for the worthless welfare recipeints (not the ones that genuinely need assistance) for the documentation of the illegals who are willing to wwork hard to make a life for themselves and their families. Send the scum to Mexico and take the Gonzales'. Free trade. NOW I BET THAT IS OFFENSIVE

Because we have the bleeding heart Americans out there that sit there and compare them to the slaves (black and not the white ones) and compare them to the Native Americans and think they can fix the past mistakes by working with the illegals. WRONG!
If you want to fix the mistakes of the past, get the facts right, black people weren't the only slaves, there were also Native Americans and white people in the mix of slaves as well. Native Americans have had everything ripped away from them, and none of it repayed. We need to focus on them.
And most of the bleeding heart Americans sit there and compare the Native Americans, Blacks, and every other race that we have discriminated against trying to put us on a guilt trip and get us think that we can fix it with this. WE CANNOT! We can not fix it with illegal border jumpers when we have homeless people and lower class people willing to work for enough to just support themselves and their families, if they have them. That is who the jobs need to be going to, not to illegal immigrants.
Border jumpers need to be put back in Mexico and not allowed to cross ever again. Build the big damn wall, protect our country. Just because the government alledges that we have never had terrorist cross the border to the south, doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
Get the facts, grow up, go back to your own country and fight for the rights we have here and you know what all you bleeding heart Americans that support them can go with them, don't like the way we are treating them then you can leave too.

Well you assume a premise which is up for serious debate- namely that the peope who raise these arguments are in fsact- "ignorant."
Indeed, I would question your grasp of American history.
But no sense comparing educations.. why don't I suggest this-
Assuming that the "sovereign" (nice spelling) process is legal, you should be aware that it was not "legal" immigration that "built" this country.Millions of "illegal" chinese workers entered California in the 1900's, as did hundreds of thousands of "illegal" irish, german and british immigrants in the prior century. Now it is certainly true that a vast number of "legal" immigrants also legally entered this country, but not without being spat upon by a delightful array of racsists and purists, such as yourself, who detested them for their poverty and lack of culture.
You cannot just stamp an "illegal" on someone and therefore say they "have no rights." Indeed, if you had the slightest grasp of american history you would know that our country was founded on the proposition, that ALL men are created equal (even, mexicans) and that our rights come from our creator, not from our citizenship.
What is interesting is... why is there no debate about changing our immigration system to permit more "legal" immigration? obviously there is a vast desire for people to enter this country, and there appears to be no good reason for the present cap on immigration from mexico, which is one tenth the cap for irish and other european countries. The only appropriate way to deal with the problem appears to be to grant citizenship to all immigrants who have been in the country peacefuly for a number of years and speed up the citizenship process for the rest.
Why not? Do you beleive that certain people are born with more rights than others? Or do you beleive that the poor should stay out of America? That the "huddeled masses yearning to breath free" have no place in our country? That America is a place of "culture" and if you lack it you cannot enter? That we should have a border closed to the influence of outsiders? That America should join China and North Korea as the only nations on Earth with closed borders?
I wonder what YOUR basis is for hating immigrants...

I think the current argument with that is that yeah the american indians got screwed and all the europeans laughed it off.Yet now that they are getting screwed as you put it by another ethnicity you throw a hissy fit.Isn't what was good for the goose good for the gander?Heard many on here say that its all about evolution and that the american indians were just to weak to put up a good fight for their country.......hmm kinda seems familiar now doesn't it.As for demanding once again back to the american indian part, the pilgrims had no right to demand anything but they changed everything to fit their lifestyle. The only difference I see about back then and what is going on today is that today there are laws but the concept is basically still the same a group of people are changing the U.S maybe for the better maybe for the worse, can't see into the future to be sure.Yet now the descendants of all those pilgrims are feeling what the american indians felt when their land and people were conquered and I think that's what has so many people scared. They know what happened to the american indians and don't want that to happen to them.

No yet they are doing the jobs that *individuals gained't. You look as although you're trying to belittle them and lead them to look 'lazy'. properly, they are no longer. it really is not any longer "black Americas' " pastime to %. culmination and vegetables. individuals usually are not regularly in choose of doing agricultural difficult artwork contained in the bleeding warm sunlight with little breaks for hours upon hours. no longer some thing i'd do. would you? it really is difficult artwork and could pay little or no funds. So no, it really is not a 'black' component. and not in any respect to teach there are some who do...what makes you imagine each black American has an same attitude, beliefs or professions? Is that no longer generalizing?

It looks like someone here has a fixation with Mexicans. Try getting your facts together before posting such an absurd question. Most of the illegals that come into America are greeted with a handshake from our Government because they are coming from Asian nations, like China.
As for your question about history: History is what makes us what we are now, not racism and hatred for the people of any foreign countries whether it's Mexico or Africa.

there are no facts only interpretations: Friedrich Nietzsche
the way you view history and the way someone else views history is a little bit different..... and the reason history is brought up in this immigration debate is because of the hypocrisy that exists behind it!!!!!
by the way.... making such generalizations about illegals and their supporters "deflates your argument" .... smart person!!!!!!!!!!!!

They bring it up because they have no other point to make on the subject. They're criminals and they know it so they simply try to deflect the issue. If it's not the past then they resort to racial claims. It's nothing but a smoke screen that attempts to hide the fact that they're all criminals.
