I guess that would depend where you are located. In Wisconsin, I'd say our capital is really pretty come winter time with all the snow. Or even our Monona Terrace is really pretty, or our Memorial Union downtown. Otherwise, I'd just find a really pretty lake or garden if its warmer. Good luck!

I think you should celebrate your vow renewal in a non traditional way. You can plan to renew your vows on a cruise before you set sail to your renewed honeymoon destinations in another country. Our go to another country and get remarried. try sandals.com. They have fantastic ideas! We got married on a cruise and had the best experience of our lives. This was my first but my husband's second. He says that was a great idea, and a lot of fun. They include the photographer and the trip plus you get a wonderful honeymoon package all inclusive. We even had an on board reception and your friends can attend if you get married at the port of call before you set sailed like we did. Then you go off into the sunset and feel like king and queen the whole trip because everyone sees you on board and tells you how lovely you both looked and people even took pictures of us. it made our wedding and our cruise so memorable.

Our pictures came out so fantastic I cried. It was one of the best choices ever made! Good Luck!

Wedding vows can be renewed most anywhere.
My ex-wife and I renew our divorce vows everytime we are on the phone.
Renewing Wedding vows are not as big of a deal unless someone has been less then faithful and the other person wants to stick what they said back in their face.
I could go on and on but it would make little to do on the subject.
My answer is as follows.
If you want to go on vacation, go on vacation. I am sure you have a place in mind already.
no one said you would go where we suggest anyway.

PS how did the BBQ chicken turn out?

As nobody knows where you live, its a dumb question really. My hunch is that you should go somewhere that actually means something to you both....pre-kids, pre-marriage.
