I always cook mine 25-30 minutes per pound...it should have had directions on the plastic covering around the warnings(I forget and throw mine away a lot of the times)....god luck...I also cook mine at 350. If it is not marinated, you can place it in a ziplock with meat marinade and zesty italian dressing for 1 day...then cook it, you will really like it.

cook it at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes per pound and you should have a yummy dish.

25 minutes per pound will produce a nice tender, moist cook.

30 mins or a hour you cantell if its cooked because it goes brown and the scratchin goes hard
