I work for the SDA English Program in Seoul, Korea.
The Seventh Day Adventist Churches in Cape Town are situated in Kuils River, Plumstead and Tyger Valley. There are other offices in the Central Peninsula, Western- and Eastern Areas, but none in Bellville.
Bellville does have a pastoral district office that works in the Delft, Ravensmead and Uitsig Areas. The telephone number to this office is 083-458-6349 if you are are calling from South Africa. If you are calling from another country, please use the international dialing codes.

Sorry, I looked on the Adventist church listings and I could not find it I found 5 others but not Bellville
