Yes, they do.
Watch your cat when it is bathing itself, and sometimes you will see it's penis. The penis is kept inside the body, and only extended when bathing or mating.
As a male kitten matures, it's testicles are visible externally, but the penis is not.
Sexing very young kittens is notoriously difficult!
That is how I discovered my Peter Johnson was a male, not a female! :-)) His name had been Athena (Tena, for short). I saw him bathing himself one day, and - Ooops! I had to come up with a new name! :-))

Yes, they do, but it can be difficult to see. If you aren't sure what sex your cat is you should get your vet to check or look for diagrams in books or on internet sites. Either sex should be neutered/spayed @ about 6 monhs.

Yes, they do. It is not "housed" in an outside sheath like the dog, horse, etc. so it is not readily visible. It is used for urination and for introducing sperm into the female's body when mating, just as it is in humans.

if you can not find the penis, then you have a female.but....if the cat is young i can be hard to tell.sometimes you have to wait until their balls fall, that happens aound 5-6 months and if nothin drops, then you have a female

I assume that they do, since they have to get fixed. I also assume so since dogs, rabbits,ect.. have them too. It's basic common sense. If you Really wanna embarass yourself, call a vet and ask. They'll probably get a kick out of your question.
God Bless!!
