Hello - In my opinion - Yogurt, Fruit, Angel Food Cake, Salad greens-no dressing, Light Meat, ( If you eat meat.) Exercise.

Eat in moderation, eat healthy food, (or at least lay off of all condiments) and exercise - Even once a week for about 30-to an hour is better than not at all.

Good Luck.

Have a nice day. :)

Well, if you are looking to lose weight, lots of veggies are great, fruit and foods low in sodium, fat and preservatives are a good bet..Anything that says Hydrogenated in the ingredients is always a bad choice. Drink lots of water, and try to stay away from caffeine. This does not mean you can not have coffee in the morning, just don't drink it all day long. You can have pop, but again its a once in awhile thing. You don't have to cut out treats all together but moderation is the way to go. If you want a cookie have a cookie not 6. home made treats are better than store bought, they do not have as much processed sugar and preservatives. Try and eat more small meals rather than 3 big ones, this helps increase your metabolism. And try and get as much exercise as you can. You don't have to join a gym, walking is great, swimming, running in the yard with your kids if you have any is good to. Here is a little trick I learned if you are a TV watcher, Leave the remote on top of something you must get up and walk to that way when you want to change the Chanel you must get up and move to do it. You would be amazed at how much simple little things like that work. I also wear 5pound ankle waits when I clean my house or walk anywhere Good luck hope this helps.

Try whole fresh foods. An apple is dense and will fill you up but only is 80 calories. Or try a broiled chicken breast. Will fill you up, give you protien to build muscles (which burn fat) and is only 140 calories.

Choose raw fresh veggies to fill you up but won't cost a lot from your calorie budget.

All of the foods I've mentioned are thermogenic foods, meaning the digestion of these foods uses calories! If you eat processed foods like cereal, balance bars, cheeseburgers and the like, all those calories go straight to your hips because they're already processed. When you eat whole and natural foods, they are not processed and your body must process them, thus making those foods calorically less dense, but still filling to your tummy.

Man have I got the answer for you! It's as easy as this.....veggies! The darker green, the better! Although cabbage and celery are two great ones! Go to your web browser and type in "super foods." You will find many sites containing info about what they are, and the benefits of each one. Also, green tea will help you lose weight, while boosting your immune system. I've been using it for many years...it really works! If you don't like the taste, mix it with regular tea, or flavor it up with honey or something else you like. Also, give your body a good "flush!" Drink at least a half gallon of water each and every day! (The tea counts as water consumption)

slow carbs like fruits and vegetables, lentils and grains. try eating breakfast if you don't already. Eat more smaller meals through the day but of good quality food. No Junk food including candy, pop, baked sweets or fried foods- use very little of these only as a weekly treat.

Try eating negative calorie foods...I know, I know, it sounds way to good to be true. By "negative calorie" I mean that it takes more calories to digest the food than are in the food. Many are fruits and vegetables but many are yummy!

If you want to loose excess weight, you need to modify your diet to some extent by cutting down on calories. But make sure that it is nutritious, or else it will only increase your appetite and make you feel hungry, when your main goal is trying to loose weight. Exercising regularly is equally important.
