It happens on rare occasions that a woman do feel pleasure, but it's not because of the rape. That of course leads to lots of guilt and emotional problems later on. Basically it's a body reaction, just like a woman can rape a man by getting him hard against his will. (Yes, that's possible.)

Contrary to what you may see in porno films, this is not appropriate human behavior and any man who finds it such is an animal. No means no. Some women may find rough treatment, sado-mascism or seduction/coercion a turn on, but this is usually done with/by someone they know, love or at least trust. Rape is blind, cruel and humiliation, meant for physical and emotional pain.

That's a stupid question.
You should be forced to put on a dress and high heels, and then be put in one of those prisons that has a reputation for inmate, sexual assaults for one year and then when you get out I think you'll know the answer to the question you posted here.
