Mix of all culture, mainly western & eastern (thai & chinese) cooking style blend togother. blend of spices, types of meat & types of vegetable.

Fusson food or fusion food? Fusson, no idea, fusion food is taking elements of different culture's dishes and mixing them in a single dish. Thai-mediteranean being one sold around here for example.
