Although the answers given thus far are filled with passion, they are also answered by emotion and not taking into consideration whether the female that is pregnant enjoys this type of activity or not. And, what goes on behind closed doors should stay there. Saying that, as long as she is comfortable and you are careful, I am not aware of any more danger than there would be if she was not pregnant. Have her consult with her OB/GYN to make sure, and then do what she is comfortable with beyond that.

sodomy is not accepted by any religion as its against the very human nature, so says the bible or the quran, its dangerous whether the woman is pregnant or not, it causes many diseases, most of all the discomfort and pain, and more prone to infections

Very sad that you would want to do this to a pregnant woman anyway. She is already uncomfortable and you want to make it worse. Terrible!

It is an unatural sex act and goes against GOd . I suggest reading theBible and seeing what it has to say. Not to mention what it could do to the poor mother. How disgusting.
