High calorie foods. There is, in fact, a weight reducing diet based on eating lots of smaller meals per day which was perfected by the First Baptist Hospital in Miami. The idea is that your body doesn't store food because it expects to be fed again soon. Great for the dieter, disastrous for someone wanting to put it on! So try a diet of avocado pears, olive oil, chocolate or whatever you fancy, provided that it is high calorie and that you have three solid meals a day, if your aim is to put on weight!

It depends if you have a normal or reduced appetite. High calorie food satisfies you faster so you may end up eating smaller portions, handy if you just don't feel hungry. Lots of small meals may be too much if you're off your food.
Try eating 2 or 3meals a day and snack on nuts and seeds. Also buy a tub of supermarket own brand skimmed milk powder and add a teaspoon to cups of soup, porridge etc. Its high in calories but not in fat. Its also the main ingrediant in weight gain products but without the brandname and pricetag.

Depends on what your personal metabolic rate is, but should be done with a mix of both exercise (body building type) and healthy eating - not just pure junk food as you'll end up with more issues! Would advise getting some guidance - might find you are allergic to something and that is why you are unable to gain the weight.

Don't just eat loads of junk food, trust me.
I am very underweight for my age and height, and it's completely natural, i eat loads and i do a good amount of exercise, including weigh lifting.
I very rarely put weight on, but a few months ago i decided to start eating loads of junk food etc... to see if i could put a bit of weight on... big mistake, I actually ended up loosing a stone!!!
So do exercise, have a healthy diet and maybe go and see a nutritionist or your doctor. Good luck

The best way to put on weight is to eat a lot of protein and build your muscles through exercise. Muscles weigh more than fat, and are much more healthy too.

You could drink a slimfast shake with every meal, it's like having 2 meals at once. Most supermarkets will have nutritional drinks and bars that can help you put on weight without becoming unhealthy.

Try eating small and often if your appetite isn't good. If it is just a problem with putting on weight, try some of the build up shakes available from chemists.

When it comes to your body the best thing to do is see a nutritionist. Body weight and muscle mass should come on together. Gaining weight by over indulging is unhealthy. See a health practitioner for the best response.
