I would actually say a mixture of both. A nice toned body is wonderful, muscle is cool as well. However in bed I definitely go for someone who likes things gentle and is caring.

Gentle. I work out at a gym and there are some really good looking personal trainers that are women working there but they are wayyyyy to toned for me. Being fit is one thing but being even slightly muscular on a woman, NO THANK YOU!

gentle . men arent physicaly intimdated by a woman but they cant hit back if she goes ballistic . He can only restrain her .Now if your both athletic and gentle that would be hot .If you like to wrestle and even win thats cool to. Just remember in the back our minds you can be more athletic if you dont have a temper.

Athletic looks ugly. all those muscles and sweat and bulging arms... I shudder at the thought.
don't get me wrong, i like girls to be in shape, but SMALL and strong muscles not BULKY and strong muscles.
gentle, in the sense as not wanting to break me in half for the workout, is better.

hmm I like a girl that's gentle and petite, but it's great if she's conscious enough about her body to keep in shape. I like sex, so I want a partner that can keep up.
