i just read it in a book and i simply dont know what it is and i would really like it if you guys can give me a few easy examples too.

In a definition, poetic justice is the rewarding of virtue and the punishment of vice, often in an especially appropriate or ironic manner.

Used as a noun... it is an outcome in which virtue triumphs over vice (often ironically) - just deserts.

It means someone getting what's coming to them, get treated as they have treated others.
Like someone who rapes and kills girls getting raped and killed in jail
