Ah! :-) There are only 5 companies that make LCD screens. All brands use one of these companies. There are only 3 companies making Plasma screens. Again, ALL brands use one of these 3 companies. So weither you're buying a Sony or an iLo, the screens will most likely be the same. You pay more for the brand name. The thing to look for are present/FUTURE connections you will need down the road and cabinet design. The pictures on all televisions are pre-set at the factory and are usually set for a very very bright room (this so they'll show a good picture on the showroom floor). You can adjust these settings for your viewing room and make any tv look as good as any other, with the same tube. Hope this helps :-)

samsung these years have developed it all and they have got LCD tv's in the market which have became the largest selling. sony and other big companies r catching up with samsung, but a samsung LCD tv is the best u can buy!

I have a 32" flat panel hd magnavox,its really good.I also like samsung t.v.s
