In windows right click on the desktop to bring up display properties, then click on advanced and check the adapter tab.
You can also go into Control Panel/Hardware/Device Manager and check under video display adapters...

You should be able to download info for your Graphics adapter from two sources. First the computer manufacturer and second from the company that made the graphics adapter.
This assumes your looking for a spec sheet on the adapter. What it can and can not do type of thing.

What OS do you use? in Windows 2K,XP u can go to the device manager and click on Display Adapters.
Right click on my computer -> Properties -> Hardware (tab) -> Device Manager
Click on Display Adapters..
