I use Colgate Total. It isn't one of the cheapest brands but it does leave my mouth feeling clean and fresh after every time I brush.

I like Colgate Total because of all the toothpastes I've tried, it leaves my tetth feeling great the longest..... even after a big cup of coffee and eating breakfast on the run, my teeth feel clean. It's amazing!

I believe that all toothpastes are good like Aquafresh, Crest, etc. but i think that Colgate is the best toothpaste out there as it seems to be more effective for brushing.

Utlra Brite. I know it's cheap, but I read in Consumer Reports magazine that they rated this the best whitening toothpast. Sometimes the more expensive stuff isn't always the best. I've had good luck with it, people have noticed it made my teeth whiter. It's so cheap, you should try it.

Colgate Complete is best because of triclosan. It really helps keep your teeth clean for extended periods unlike other toothpastes without triclosan.

Get a bottle of ten volume peroxide.
Pour some on your toothbrush
before you put your paste on.
(I prefer Crest regular)
When you brush your teeth,
the peroxide will actually
foam out all the dirt from
between your teeth.
Clean clean clean!!

Anything with fluoride. All the ones that claim to whiten teeth don't work.
