Yes. He ended up asking me out after they had been seperated for a while. He asked her first tho, and she was fine with it. If she had sadi no, he wouldn't have. They had be seperated for a few months and he even had another girl for a short time before he asked me out. It ended badly. I moved across the country the next day with no notice but a few hours. Great memories for a first boyfriend huh?
Some girls think that would be horrible. I would have done the samething. If you break up with someone, and they ask your best friend out, what is wrong with it? You don't have him anymore, there was obviously somethibg you didn't like about him. so why is it always looked down on?

Fortunately my best friend and I do not go for the same type at all, but we have a rule: if he's with the other one - hands off!
You would risk losing both your best friend, and the guy, too!

no matter how cute he is... thats just not gonna work out... first of all... he's ur BEST FREN'S bf... not her ex... and she's ur BEST FREN... not sum girl in ur class or wat ever... u CANNOT have any feelings for him... and dun talk bout him around her... its just awkward... but tat is if u want ur frenship to last... lyk they say... boys come n go but girl-fren stays foreva... =)
