Use a registry cleaner ...and or go to the start up and delete that by right clicking and choose delete and then go to you program files and delete the program folder. OR
Go to start, search , search all files and folders and type in Medal of Honor ...when the files come up ...delete them all !
In the future unistall the game first and then go to your program files folder and delete the entire folder.

The error of uncorrect uninstalling is in the software that you installed. The small program of that said game on your control panel is just an error. You cannot delete it because the directory in which that small program connected is already deleted by you. If you try to uninstall it on the conrtrol panel, an error will occur saying the the program is missing.
So, my advice is "DONT MATTER IT".
What you see in your conrol panel is only a shortcut. A shortcut to the program's uninstall setup. And because it's just a shortcut, it's only about 2 to 4kb in size. Not as large as the whole program installer of the game.

There are lot of plugins available for that. Otherwise use your registry(type regedit.exe in run command) to delete the game from the registry software list. After removing in the registry you can remove it from add/remove program list as usual.
