Why didn't humans have the ability to build airplanes (or whatever) from the moment we were created?

I am referring to those who claim humans were created in perfection in the image of their God.

Simple answer is those things you speak of were not needed.
And if you really think about it, they are not needed today. Things like airplanes are great inventions, unless of course they are flying overhead and dropping bombs on you. I think then you would have a different view of airplanes. All of the progress humans have made have been used to kill other humans. Faster and easier. Personally I think that being killed by a cluster bomb would be much more enjoyable then say being stabbed with a sword. But that is only my feelings about that. Others probably think that being killed by beheading would be a better and more enjoyable way to go. Whatever one believes or doesn't believe, surely we are headed for the Apocalypse, and whether we evolve to that point or believe that a God is taking us there, it won't matter much, the result will be the same.
But your question was about ability, and the simple answer is: we always had the ability, just didn't have the knowledge. Things were invented as needed or someone thought they were needed.

depends, there is theory that aliens created us as an experiment. they have the knowledge but we didnt. so we had to evolve. who created humans? what are u refering to?
additional: oh i see lol, well a baby can see that humans are far from being as perfect as god. haha.
i dont believe god created us in his image, our bodies have adapted with the enviroment and we have actually lost skills that cavemen had such as sensing where north pole is with there nose or whatever.

Children are created perfectly in the image of God and they have to grow to learn. Humans were and still are like children, learning about the world around us and how to manipulate it.

The theory/guess of evolution is voodoo science, and they never was any proof to support it.
You prove your ignorance of science, for man didn't have to evolve to discover, he simply had to learn follow his own instincts of wanting to know why things happen. That instinct led to many discoveries, electricity being one of them.
A newborn can't recite the alphabet, they have to be taught, and they have to learn from that teaching.
Your post proves your lack of comprehension on this subject.

Building modern inventions will not be possible if man have not first discovered the use of fire, stone, metals and such materials.
How can man build an airplane if he has not yet discovered metals?
How can man created electricity if he didn´t have yet the idea of potential difference, current, resistance and electromotive force.

mankind was created with a brain to use in order to advance in gaining wisdom and knowledge for himself. what is wisdom and knowledge for you may be foolishness to me. what may be wisdom and knowledge for me may be foolishness to you. we all have different areas in wisdom and knowledge. all are a part of individual makeup and somewhat dependent on the culture and society we live in. different cultures and societies have different needs in order to survive.
