Granite is an intrusive volcanic rock with large crytals. Main component quartz.
Marble is a metamorphic rock derived from limestone. Main component Calcite.
Didn't you mean geology instead of geanology?

Marble is a much better stone so to speak. Have you ever heard of anyone having granite counter tops?

They are dirrerent kinds of rocks for one. Marble has a feathered look with little lines and granite has speckled spots. Marble is more expensive too. What are you doing with it?

You can't compare a man to a woman. Each is different. But a man, and a woman, complement each other. In other words, one man and one woman (together) is one unit. They are a complementary pair.
