Yes, it's one of the main & most common reasons for hair loss. Your hair routine seems normal. Most people don't realize how stress affects the body on the outside. Don't be concerned unless this is a long-term problem or if it persists after you're out of your stressful situation. If you can't remove the stress factors, try destressing yourself. Hot baths, massages, exercise, reading, & other hobbies may help sigificantly reduce stress. Talk to your stylist about it. And as a last recourse, see your primary care doctor or dermatologist.

Stress can definitely cause this. The best thing to do is find ways to combat the stress. Exercise, reading a good book, taking a walk, hanging with friends and family are some ways. You have to find what works for you. Also, if it continues you may want to make an appt with a doctor just to rule out anyother medical causes.

It could be. I always suggest taking vitamins and definitely Biotin. It's known for helping hair. I have thinning hair and seem to notice that the biotin helps it. Results show as soon as 1 month. But take it faithfully each day.

Stress can cause hair loss but so can other factors. Check with your doctor to make sure it's not something more serious. Also, he may be able to help you deal with the stress.

Are you eating enough greens, veggies and fruit. That was may problem. I would lose 30-40 hairs everyday in the shower and when I would brush my hair aswell. I am not implying you don't eat yours but it is a huge factor in lose of hair.
cheers

if you get your hair dyed dark , ask them to use 10 volume peroxide instead of 20, that's the norm. it will deposit the same. also you might be allergic to the hair dye and there"s tons to choose from, also any dandruff shampoo used daily will let your hair thin out.stress will definitely do it but anything you take for stress can do it to.

Stress affects directly the hair. You could use good masks if you want to make your hair grow again.
