Have something to eat, drink some orange juice to replace valuable vitamins and try to drink some water to rehydrate your body. Sleep in untill you feel ready to get up, try and get some fresh air - talk a walk if you feel up to it.
For a drink that's sure to cure your hangover follow these instructions:

1. Take 2 aspirins
2. Take 200mg cysteine (available at specialty food stores)
3. Take 600mg vitamin C
4. Take 1 tablet vitamin B-complex
5. Mix the following ingredients together in a blender:

1 banana
1 small can V-8
6 large strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup orange juice
1-2 cups milk (or soy milk), to desired consistency
¼ tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
6. Drink it all up.

Suger increases a risk of hangover. So rum n coke, margaritas, red bull, all will make it worse.
Dark liquors, red wine and cheap drinks, cheap red wine more so,has extra (cant remember the word, starts with a "c") makes hangover more lieyl. Drink lots of water all night.
Dont take tylenol, ect before bed, wait until the next day when you finally get the headache. The painkillers with the alcohol will make hangover worse.

Drinking, usually beer, dehydrates you. Its the dehydration that causes the headache. You need to re-hydrate. Gatoraid, drink down at least 12 oz. Within 3 minutes you will feel better, in 10 minutes you wont remember having a hangover.
