I wrote down on a peice of paper the words, "I like you". When math class was over last Wed. I decided it was time to give it to him. So I said, "Zak". He looked over at me and saw the peice of paper. So he took it softly and when he opened it and read it he folded it back up and handed it back with a tiny smile. I didn't cry or weep. I just walked out of class and when I got to 6th period I ripped it up and threw it away. Then just put my head down on my desk and acted like nothing ever happened.

It sounds like he does, in the past couple of days since giving him the note does he still smile and talk with you? You are going to have to find things that interest him and talk to him.

I only let a guy know directly that I like him when I'm ready to walk away. The direct approach, I've found, is really best as a last resort, but it can work. So you told him, now stay friendly, but busy with your own life. It will make you more attractive. Telling him puts the ball squarely in his court, he has to lob it back, so don't chase him.

That wasnt a rejection per se. Go on about your business and see what he does. If he's nervous, it may take him awhile to come to you. If he doesnt then you know he didnt want to hurt your feelings by embarrassing you or loudly rejecting you. At least he showed a quiet respect instead of laughing in your face. Ps the quickest way to get a guy to chase you is to act like you dont need him at all. I dont know why but this works.

he might like you or not but either way at least he knows how you feel for him so the most you could do now is wait for his reply.. don't by shy about him.. hehehe..
