You can give about a tablespoon of pumpkin, the stuff that you buy in the can. Make sure it's just regular pumpkin and not the stuff with all the spices in it. You should see a bowel movement in about a day.

You can try olive oil or a little bit of cod liver oil. It is gentle enough for the little guys tummy but it will lube up those bowels enough to break up the block.
