Cancer raises whilst any individual is uncovered to unsafe chemical or UV rays, diabetes with an inactive tradition and dangerous nutrition, and so forth and so forth. So I feel we will be in part blamed for our possess illnesses. Others are unavoidable. I'm definite if our international used to be created that there's a very truly manner that matters paintings, and that is all of it wasn't simply speakme a couple of phrases and waving His arms round and the arena got here to be. I am in the same situation too.........doc won't do anything surgical for me. I use a hot wheat bag and painkillers (Co-codamol) interspersed with Advil liqui-gels. Moving around to stop stiffening up. Considering a TENS machine until such time the pain clinic can see me.
You might wanna try uping you vitamin E too. Also cinnamon and honey can ease the discomfort of Osteoarthritis, I am planning on incorporating that daily in my diet too.

What joint is giving you the problem?? You might also try getting a second opinion! Some Drs. aren't very good at pain management. I saw 7Drs. before I finally got a diagnosis. You know your body, seek other Drs. till someone tells you something that makes sense!!!
