well,you need to undertsand that life consists of both happiness and sorrows,succes and faliures,good and bad,confident and confused and the way happiness doesnt last forever the same way sorrows,confusion,hurt,anger and frustration will also pass off with time....why do you think people go thru all these above mentioned negative feelings,cos they choose to?just accept the reason behind these feelings which are facts and choose not to be affected,turn yourself from such low feelings and try keep yourself busy and occupied,think about good and better things in life which will help you be happy!!
life is not about having a happy and sorrow free life,lifes about making and moulding it the way you want it to be for you,so go ahead and stay happy!!good luck!!

Sometimes I get down about my life.
I hate my job (I have dreams to do other things), I have zero money (because I get paid so little and have huge debt from college), I miss my family (I moved far away for my crap job), and I don't know many people outside of "work" that I can talk to freely. Plus my parents are moving from the house I lived in for over 20 years, so everything is changing, and in a way, I don't have a "home" anymore.
But even with all of those feelings, I know I'd rather be alive then dead, and that keeps me going.
I know that I am working towards paying off my debt, and with the eperience I will receive from this job, I will be able to get a better paying job. I know some day life will be better--and even if it's not, I'd rather feel any feelings then not feel at all.
No matter what pain you have, there are good things in life. If you aren't seeing them, go volunteer with the poor or at a church or with children. Seeing life through their eyes makes you realize how good you have it. And children always know how to make people smile, without even trying.

Talk to someone. Please. I edited my answer because I found myself writing my problems of the last 12 months, but I know that won't help you or make you feel your life isn't so bad after all.
If life is hard for you, if you're angry or upset then yes, life is hard for you, doesn't matter what others think. Doesn't matter if they have a bigger hard luck story.
Please talk to someone, a friend, a teacher, a minister, a counsellor. There is someone out there who can help you and show you how precious you are.

Sounds like you need someone to talk to. There are all kinds of support groups.
Talk to your doctor or priest.
Try the samaritians.
There is light at the end of every tunnel.

I feel the same ... I drink when I can ... it helps me think about the past and lament about it and past loves....
The beer is my psychiatrist and she is a lot cheaper than the real thing with a lot less questions....
Accept beer and you will always feel a little better about yourself!
