i'm the opposite. . i eat much more when i am in a good mood .. and i can sit days without food when i'm depressed .. i cant just out anything in my mouth when i'm feeling down !

Anger is a good thing to haVE IT WILL MOTOVATE YOU.Try diverting the attention by writing it down it will help to release stress that way you wont over eat drink alot of water, sing, play with clay anything to keep hands busy .

It is called emotional eating. Replace it with something to vent your stress, like yoga or kickboxing

its called comfort eating take up hobbies to keep your self occuiped
try chewing gum when you feel the urge to eat
it works for me
