Is that justification enough to convert and believe in God? I don't fear hell, but man, I am horrified of facsist Neo-Cons.

You are scared of the new world order thing and horrified of the fascists Neo-Cons, and you say you are not in fear of hell. Do you make all your decisions based on fear? Just a thought.

You could convert and believe in God for any reason you want to. It doesn't have to be justified. Why would you need to be justified to accept a gift from someone?

Not sure what Neo-Cons are exactly, but I know one thing: It was the Pharisees who put Jesus on the cross. He handled them by the cross and so can we. Relationship and religiosity are very different things. I am a Christian and believe that there are more people who say that they are Christians than really are. It says you will know them by their love. are fascist Neo-Cons loving? Just because they have the KKK...does this mean that all white people are racist? One rotten apple in the bag doesn't mean apples are rotten fruit. There are bigoted, hippocrates who want to rule the world. But that does not mean that because they label themselves "Conservative Christians" that all "Conservative Christians" are bigoted hippocrates.

I don't like the thought of a new world order myself because you won't be able to buy sell or trade with out the mark of the beast. I believe that will be one of those little microchip thingys like they are putting between our animals shoulder blades for id now. They already have the "Veri-chip" passed by the FDA and it is just a matter of time before they place those in the tops of hands. The Bible says hands or forehead, I think, because not everyone has hands. The prophecies in the Bible have been 100% accurate and up to date. Doesn't matter what we think or feel or want. The prophecies are being fulfilled right before our eyes, day by day.

You are right to take a look at what thes people in the world are doing. It is only the truth which we KNOW that can set us free. Placing our heads in the sand won't make it all go away. We all have a free will, after all.

It also is written that narrow is the road that leads to heaven...and wide are the gates to hell. I suspect that many of those "so-called" ones are on that easy and wide one. I also suspect that they could probably be the same ones that you say you are terrified of. Well I am not afraid of any of these things, because I believe God is real and is in control ~ even when we (or they) are not. Either God is real or he isn't. With that in mind...who cares what other people think anyway? Good luck sorting it all out. May you find peace to replace those fears of yours :))

Good. Now you have a place to start. I don't know what exactly you have heard from Christians concerning this New World Order but the important thing is that you are wondering if there is any truth in it. You are wondering if it might be a good idea to become a Christian. Every decision we make has to start somewhere.

I am a Christian. Becoming a Christian was the best decision I have every made. I became a Christian because I came to the point in my life where I knew that something was missing. I knew about Jesus but I didn't know Jesus in a personal way. I thought that because I knew about Jesus that I was OK but I was wrong.

With you, you are considering Christianity because of fear. That is OK. Fear can be a great motivator. I have plenty of Christian friends who had dreams of hell and were so horrified by these dreams that they committed their lives to Jesus. Once they made that decision, fear was no longer the motivation. They got to know Jesus and the closer they got to Him, the more grateful they became. They fell in love with this awesome Saviour who gave His life for them.

Every person is responsible for his/her own decisions in life. Every person will give an account of this life to God, whether they believe He exists or not. Hey, I could have a rich uncle who died and left me a million dollars in a bank account. If I didn't believe the money was there then I wouldn't enjoy the benefit of the money but the fact that I didn't believe it wouldn't cause the money to cease from existence. It's that way with Jesus. He's right there, waiting for you to come to Him. It's all up to you. He won't force you. He gave you a free will.

Why don't you pray to God. Ask Him what to do. Tell Him you are afraid. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you. Keep seeking Him out and you will get your answer.

I'll be praying for you.

You are a victim of propaganda. Nothing is ever as it seems, so relax and follow your heart. Any organization that would use scare tactics to try to convert followers is not an organization that would remind me of God. Find other churches/religions that you feel better about. Honoring your spirit is what's important. Shame on them for upsetting you like that! Educate yourself about it - it's pretty much nothing but a whole bunch of theories that claim all sorts of different groups are "behind" the New World Order and have all sorts of ideas about how it's supposed to "work", but it's all theories and horror stories with very little facts backing it and certainly no imminent danger.

No I don't believe it to be any justification to convert to something you aren't sure exists. And those 'christians' who become fascists in their beliefs aren't christians.. they are merely taking an already handy label and using it for their own twisted purposes. I have my beliefs for a reason, I will not compromise them for anyone. If someone wants to persecute me for them, then the sin is on their head not mine.

There won't be any fascist neocons, as they would have died out with everyone else. There won't be any leadership on earth at all for the millions who survive Armageddon. The Overseers will be in heaven. If you choose to commit willful sin, than you will simply cease to exist, even in the minds and memories of those living. It would be as if you were never born.
