For goodness sakes! Won't this myth ever go away? You can not reduce fat on any part of the body simply by exercising it. Fat is an energy store that provides calories to the entire body -- not just the part of the body nearest it. If you try and concentrate on exercising your thighs, you may actually increase their size by building up their mussel mass. Try whole body aerobic type exercises. Swimming is hard to beat. It tones the entire body, burns calories, and supports the body so it does not cause impact injuries. And, oh yes, control your diet to lose fat. But you already knew that -- didn't you.

Swimming and Jogging is very good for your legs. Make sure that if you do these activities that you go at a slow pace. If you are sprinting you burn carbohydrates and build muscle. If you train slowly/medium and for a long time, you burn fat!
