Things have moved on, both sexes are just so much more aware.

Offer to pay half but let him pay if he wants to without fuss. Show him that you're a modern liberated woman who also still knows how to be behave like a traditional woman. It also shows that your willing to play as part of a team, isn't that what we all want ?

Believe me Men love this combination, trust me I'm a man !!

If he's good he'll pay but it won't go unnoticed that you offered and if you go on subsequent dates don't stop offering to pay half until you know the man and what he wants to do, remember this is his domain and an area where he will probably remain in charge. If you get together there will be plenty of domains that you are in charge of but i'm sure you know all about that.

If you asked her/him out, then you pay for 100% of the first date. You don't start splitting things unless you've been on a few dates. If the other person asked you out, then offer to pay for somethings, like the tips or if they buy the movie tickets, then you buy the popcorn...., vibe it out. Good luck and have fun! It's perfectly okay to let your date know that you are not experienced at dating anymore and are nervous that you'll be ignorant to the protocol.

If they asked you, they should pay. But when they go to pay, you could offer to go dutch (even though he should refuse it). And if he does refuse it you could, if you liked, use that as an excuse to see him again (offering it on you next time).

But at the end of the day, it depends what precedent you want to set. Some women prefer men to always pay for their meals etc, other women prefer always to go dutch, and some prefer the "this time you, next time me" approach. Whatever is your preference, do it from the start so that he knows.

yes do the decent thing.. after all women claim they want equality. offer to pay half. If the gent offers to pay then no problem, let him.
as for etiquette, just be totally honest. dont string him along. if your not interested say so. likewise if you fancy him.. say so. us blokes are not always the sharpest tools in the box. a little reasurance and forwardness from women can go a long way

If you're going to see a movie I suggest one of you pay for the tickets while the other pays for the snacks. Or if you're going to a nice restaurant one of you should pay for the meal while the other leaves a nice tip.

If you asked the person out, then offer to pay the whole thing, if they asked you then they should pay, but do offer to go dutch if they offer to pay. If you want to see them again, then that's your opportunity to say 'ok, I'll get it next time'.

Goodness knows. I think these days you can suggest you pay half unless he insists he is taking you out and would like to pay. Good luck enjoy.

no honey...you don't pay at all on a date...if you really like the date and enjoyed yourself, you can make him feel grateful to you by jerking him off or sucking him off after dinner...I prefer this to dessert and I get so much more out of sucking then small talk...if you do this, you can be assured of another date as well
