First: Are u on diet? Dramatically cut down diet will cause hair loss. So just like others say, take care of the protein intake.
Second: I agree coconut oil etc good for hair. The most important thing is DON'T put it to the root!! if oil touch the scalpt, it cause tremendous hair loss. As well as conditioner, Don's apply right onto scalpt, after shampoo, cause it definitely loss your hair. Put it at the length that after your ear. Hope it helps!

Protein, protein, protein!!

Get more of it in your diet!! Things like red meats, legumes, lentils, chickpeas, protein shakes/bars, etc are a great source.

Do this and also be sure to get a large variety of vitamins in your diet- taking a daily multivitamin can really help with this.

Try to avoid using harmful products in your hair, NEVER use elastic bands to tie your hair back-- use PROPER hairties- elastics just break and tear your hair when you pull them out.

Try brushing your hair gently with a wide-toothed comb, working from the ends up- don't just yank a hairbrush through it.

Try to avoid straightening, curling, crimping irons and hairdryers- allow your hair to dry naturally whenever possible and try not to wash your hair too often- the natural oils in your hair will help to strengthen it and make it healthier.

healthy food! healthy lifestyle! Along with regular care of Hair.. make sure you oil it atleast once a week and condition it!
Hair ll can also be hereditary, in that case you would have to go to a dermatologist who will then get you checked up and prescribe proper medicines!
