Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
string cheese, summer sausage, cottage cheese/yogurt
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe optional)

Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking, biking and swimming are low impact, play games like basketball, baseball, or volleyball will help to lose weight, tone your body, make new friends and you'll have fun doing it.

You must take care of your health but do not go for any crash diets. You should eat when you are hungry and not when you see food. Know your hunger timings and eat accordingly, not all the time or anytime. I would also like to know whether you take oral contraceptives, is there any hormonal imbalance, or do you have irregular menses. You might have a bulgy tummy because of the above reasons. We will definitely knock off that weight.
You should take Soya and whey protein and also introduce Tofu in your diet.

Thats gonna take some work. Besides diet and exercise look into colon cleansing the normal person can lose a bit of weight doing that.

even with surgery i dont think you could lose 30kg in 3 months. just eat right and get some exercise and you will be better off.

I don't recommend this but cut the calories in half, run everyday and NO SNACKS.
