i am into teaching field i did my MBA , HR, and i want to go to HR field will there be any use if i go for SAP HR as do not have HR work expereince please specify. if i do SAP will i get offers in HR field or shall i wait for my HR expereince.

Roy, why don't you try sharing your opinion and knowledge on these questions rather than just spamming them with websites? I'm sure it would be much more appreciated.
There cannot be a definitive answer to this question, since luck is a factor in any SAP career.
I would say that you are almost as likely to get a SAP role without HR experience after the course as you are if you have non-SAP work experience, at least a consulting role.
Did that make sense?
So, what I'm saying is, that if you want to be a SAP HR Consultant (it may be different if you just want to do an HR job using SAP) SAP HR experience is what's important, not necessarily non-SAP HR experience.
If it was me, I would do a few months of HR work, hopefully in a firm that uses SAP. Then do the course, then try and get any sort of SAP HR role, and gradually develop your experience.

hi you may want to do sap certification variety Siemens or variety Genovate the expenses is a few were arround 3lakhs. yet after that still u gained't get a job. think about to seek for a stay mission the position u willl could artwork loose and get some exp. reason freshers aren't any more entertained in SAP...........................
