Cemeteries are such quiet, peaceful places to walk. It gives you time to reflect on the brevity of life and what you should be accomplishing in the short time you have. Walk your dog and clean up after it. Have a good day.

Cemetaries are quiet places for meditations and thoughts, why should it be of any harm as long as you clean up after your dog and don't let him pee on any tombstones. (Well I do have a few that I would suggest to your dog, but I digress)

Just say you still get to inhabit the space you are buried in and all you get to see all day is funerals, it would be so lovely to see someone walking through with their dog. I plan to be buried when I die and I wouldn't mind at all if you walked past with your dog. There is nothing wrong with it.

It is not disrespectful as long as your dog is not the type that barks like crazy at people and as long as he doesn't leave any poo behind and of course he shouldn't pee on the tombstones.

As long as the place doesn't have a "no dogs allowed" ploicy (which some do)
Then, no,
it is not inappropriate.
